Make a QR code
Choose what the code should do, fill in the details and download it as a PNG or an SVG. The code is made on your device.
Everything you type stays on your device
Starts with https:// automatically if you leave it out.
Scanning opens a WhatsApp chat with this number and your message ready to send.
The Wi-Fi name and password stay on your device while you make the code. Anyone who scans the code can see the password, so show it only where you are happy to share your Wi-Fi.
Scanning offers to call this number.
Higher levels still scan when the code is scratched or partly covered, but the squares get smaller.

How to use it
- Step 1: Choose the kind of code and fill in the details. The code appears as you type.
- Step 2: Pick the size and, if you like, the colours. A warning tells you if the colours are too close to scan.
- Step 3: Tap Create QR code, then download the PNG or SVG. Scan it with your own phone before you print it.
Your files never leave your device
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so your documents and photos stay private. It is free, has no watermark and needs no sign-up.
Frequently asked questions
Does the QR code stop working after some time?
No. The code simply holds the text you typed, such as the web address or the Wi-Fi details, and nothing in it expires. It works for as long as what it points to still exists. There is no account and no tracking link in it.
Is the Wi-Fi password safe?
The name and password stay on your device while you make the code, and they are not sent anywhere. But anyone who can scan the finished code can read the password, so show it only where you are happy to share the network.
What is error correction?
It adds extra data so the code can still be read when part of it is scratched, dirty or covered. A higher level survives more damage but makes the squares smaller. Medium is a good everyday choice, and High suits codes that will be printed on rough surfaces.
Which colours work?
Dark squares on a light background scan best. If the colours are too close together, or the squares are lighter than the background, the tool warns you, because many phones cannot read such codes. Always scan your code before you print it.
PNG or SVG?
Use the PNG for screens, messages and normal printing. Use the SVG for posters and large prints, because it stays sharp at any size.
How do I make a WhatsApp code?
Choose WhatsApp message, type the number with its country code (for example +91 98765 43210) and, if you like, a message. When someone scans the code, WhatsApp opens a chat with that number and your message ready to send.
